Shipping Policy

At Pain in Cotton, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5.99. We currently only ship within the United States. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our shop is closed right now, but be the first one to know when it opens.

We want you to love your purchase from Pain in Cotton. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in new and unused condition with tags still attached. To start a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will replace it free of charge. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.
